Surprised. Thought people in the desert loved their spices. Yes, the Classic has:"Triple-battered Buttermilk Fried Chicken with house-made pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato & sliced pickles."  But the Memphis (aside from a classically appropriate and evocative name) adds "Memphis heat" and spicy slaw!

Oh, we do love our spices! 
Not to sound arrogant, but these burgers, hot dogs, curly fries, and whatnots are merely side dish compared to our Middle Eastern and South Asian cuisine.
No desert safari (which I'm totally taking you to when you visit Dubai) would be complete without a wajabat easha' or dinner: Hummus, tabbouleh, spicy lamb/chicken biryani, mutton/lamb/chicken/fish curry, tikka and kebabs, shish tawook, shawarma, Paprikash (originally an Hungarian dish), dal (lentil), nihari, grilled lamb with brown sugar glaze, all served alongside delicious tandoor bread, basmati rice, and then you wash it all down with some delicious Arabian coffee or Indian 'Karak' tea... aaaah, heaven!
Did I mention the 'Luqaimat'? It's a local dessert of sweet deep fried dumplings covered in date syrup or honey.
Ok, I'm going to stop now. Haha!

It would be an immense honor to dine with you in Dubai and I hope to do so someday.  Apparently I would be immense afterwards as well!
