What if Nappa and Raditz turned Good (Vegeta survived) idea:
The scenario I actually see that happening in is the Raditz survives scenario. Nappa wasn't by any means a good guy, but he definitely had more regard for comrades than Vegeta (remember that Nappa was originally the one that thought they'd use the Dragonballs to rez Raditz).
I imagine that Raditz would be near death in the fight against Piccolo and Goku, and he'd hear the conversation that took place between Nappa and Vegeta. He'd feel betrayed by Vegeta, and when they landed on Earth, he would probably step in to save Nappa from the Galaxy Buster, call Vegeta a traitor to their race and letting the last themselves to extinction, and would begin an antagonistic relation with him.

How did Future Nappa turned into a Super Saiyan as Present Nappa turned into a Super Saiyan when Vegeta left him for dead and being humiliated by his future counterpart.
Also, due to Goku not learning Instant Transmission, what was the original outcome of the battle between Mecha Frieza and Goku in the alternate future timeline prior to Future Nappa going to the past and kill Mecha Frieza and King Cold.

Malikstudio, what happened to Future Nappa's tail, is it cut by the Future Androids when the Androids fight Nappa as a Oozaru. And how about Present Nappa, does Present Nappa still had his tail.
Also, since Nappa turned good here, did Nappa teach Gohan on how to use the Oozaru form and used it to fight the future Android 17 and 18.

Since Vegeta wasn't spared here, I think that Cell has Nappa's cells instead of Vegeta's and Cell got Volcanic Explosion, Nappa's signature move. Also, instead of Vegeta's pride, Cell got Nappa's impatientce.

Malikstudio, here is what happened in History of Future Nappa:
The story begins with the death of Future Goku at the heart virus, but is is not stated where he got the heart virus anyway. After Future Goku's death at the heart virus, Future Nappa starts being the bodyguard of Future Gohan as a debt for Goku being very nice to him than Vegeta and saving his life from being Vegeta's goons and and treating him much better than Vegeta. But 6 months later, the Androids arrive and cause some destruction toward some city, the Z fighters arrives to fight them, but due to Tien and Chiaotzu quitting the Z-Fighters due what Nappa did and not forgive him and all the Namekians fused into one during the fight with Frieza, I assume that the Z-Warriors composed of Nappa, Krillin, and Yamcha fight Android 18 and 17 but Krillin and Yamcha died but Nappa survives. Later, when Gohan sees his friends dead, he turns into a Super Saiyan. Also, since all Namekians have fused, it is unknown if Kami fights the Androids I assume he died. During the Android invasion of the world, Nappa and Gohan fight the Androids but failed. Similar to how Nappa being Vegeta's partner and bodyguard, Nappa is this to Gohan. The difference is that Future Gohan treats Future Nappa much better than Future Vegeta and has a better partnership with him than Vegeta.
