It's a KibaRanger! Or Tommy Ranger No.2.Plenty of Dairanger got adapted even if the main five weren't. The mechs, the monsters, this guy... apparently the Magna Defender in Lost Galaxy used their morpher... what an odd series of choices. I'd like to know Japanese fanboy reactions at the time.
