Okay, I know what you're asking; what the hell is THIS from?This here is a female Rider from a Kabuto stage show... sorta. This is my redesign of it, because the original design is... hilarious. [link]
She appears to be inspired by Tackle from Stronger. Also, I can hardly tell in the images but I THINK her Zecter is a little ladybug ring.
No idea how she's related to Tendo since she has his last name.
