The enemy for Shon's debut story, Dr. Rojo as Kamen Rider Milot in his Energizing Axolotl form. Now that I've revealed this, I can say that him becoming the Arsino Ark Magia was in reference to an earlier idea for him to be an Arsino-themed Rider.

Why Axolotl instead? I dunno. Why not? It's one of my favorite animals and, frankly, there's a delightful challenge to the idea of taking a super friendly looking animal and making it into a cool armor. The name comes from Rojo's own electricity-generating hands, sorta. Axolotl's have the ability to regenerate limbs, so what if that electricity could be used to heal others? Kind of like Mad Doctor from Kamen Rider Drive - a painful healer. I thought it was a fun idea to play with.

Design-wise, he follows the same design template as Shon, with a Humagear base body and armor placed in roughly the same way as her, save for the Deckriser being on the other thigh this time. He channels the electricity of his hands through his whip weapons, which are pretty shamelessly borrowed from OOO's ShaUTa Combo - similar concept, made sense.

Between this and Smashing Koala, I've managed to make use of two of my favorite animals now. There's a third, but it'll be in Build fanfiction instead.

OH RIGHT, the name. Shon, because of specific reasons, has a name derived from "Lion" (Shishi) and the number 4 (Shi / Yon). She happens to be the 4th HumaGuard Rider, and as was established, Milot is the 3rd. The name Milot comes from "Axolotol" (Ahorōtoru) and the number 3 (Mittsu). The Deckriser was put on the other thigh so I could do a similar number thing with the suit design.

Milot's a bit of a simple design but I liked working on it, and working in all those motifs.
