So I wanted the first two to be a themed pair, creations from Decade: Kiva-La and Kuuga Rising Ultimate.
Being that this form has a black eyed variant, and it's easy enough to make, you get a twofer with this form. Also, in pulling up references for this form, I learned that SIC decided to add another layer to this form by making SUPER Rising Ultimate - I love SIC and its absurd official fanfiction.

Rising Forms = Dragon Styles.
Amazing Mighty = All Dragon.
Ultimate = Infinity.
Rising Ultimate = Infinity Dragon.
Super Rising Ultimate = Infinity Dragon Gold.
