buyer will get full res transparent pic of the adoptable and i will transfer the character to them over toyhouse. if the buyer does not have a toyhouse, i may store the character in a hidden folder there with record of who it belongs to. you are responsible for updating me of ownership changes in this case.

designs bought from me may not be widely copied and redistributed- if you would like to make the character's family members or species for backstory purposes, this is fine, as long as you do not resell the derivative designs or redistribute them to anyone else. Please ask me if you have any questions.

However, in the case you do design others of that family, all derivative characters must be wiped upon trading the original character. You also MUST abide by the voucher/cash value rules and may not add any extra value on top of that for whatever family designs you make.
NB: This does not apply to designs from my own closed species. In that case you may mention family members/friends but you cannot treat them as full characters/commission art of them.

any design changes may be made to the design as long as the original artwork remains intact

buyer may trade design, get commissions of the design, and/or include the design in personal projects as long as they aren't for monetary gain (if you're unsure you can ask me, but i doubt it'll be an issue)
