Yes, its Miku. I tried doing the highlighter challenge. did it on her youtube and I thought it was a cool idea. Unfortunately my green highlighter looks like a marker. If you look closely you can see lines. I drew it on lined paper. It was just supposed to be a doodle when I first drew it but it was the best thing I drew in weeks so.....yeah.
