The image is an HDR. The is an HDR club on DA you might want to check out for more info. The HDR plus adjustment layers and switching the image to lab colors in Photoshop CS2 and then adjusting the a and b layer gives it that Jap/horror film look. The pose, well you can see what happen there. The way this image was taken: I laid on the floor between here legs with a table top tripod.
