Description This little one was born a few days ago, she's a happy baby chin, but this is actually a very sad story.
When I was little, my parents resqued a male chinchilla from a store where he lived in a way to smal cage.
There was little known about chin's in my country and this is why my parents couldn't find a friend for him.
A few months ago my uncle found an abandoned chinchilla, she was left in an closed box with no food and no way out.
My uncle was walking is dog, and the dog opened the box, and the chinchilla ran away. But a few minutes later she came back and my uncle took her to my parents.
Our male chin is castrated so we thought they would make a cute couple, but they didn't like each other, the new chinchilla, a girl named Maya was really mean against the boy (Tintin).
Pregnant female chin's are really mean against male chin's, but we didn't think of it right away. And Maya was gaining weight but we thought it was because she just had proper food again.
That was until a few days ago when 3 baby chin's where born. Two of them where healthy but one was underweight, so we tried feeding her with a bottle, but sadly she didn't make it.
The other two baby chin's are very healthy, and gaining weight rapidly. And they are so cute!  I don't understand how someone could do something like this, but for the chins it's a happy ending after all.
