Normally this is not my type of girl, but I accepted this commission because I thought it´d be something different, besides the commissioner didnt give me any reference, so this character might has some of my style on the design.I hope you like it!

I like the freckled skin, and the legs look fantastic along with the necklace. I think the bra doesn't make sense since if she's grown it wouldn't cover that much. Also, her hip area (not thighs) doesn't seem wide enough given her thighs (I'm guessing you were going for an hourglass look but didn't quite pull it off). Does she have some sort of set of rings on her fingers? I can't quite see what they were for.
