Description
I'm selling art at a local convention, coming up in less than two weeks. You can practically smell my panic from here.This is one of the prints I'll be selling. A glut of Batman: the Animated Series, Bruce Timm and artblock resulted in this monstrosity - popular Batman villains coloured in a scheme reminiscant of Andy Warhol's portrait of Marilyn Monroe.

I love Two-Face in this one. Dynamic shading really brings out what he's all about-- dramatic differences in two halves.
Also, Catwoman looks like she belongs on a crest somewhere.

I should do more Batman work - i love working with these characters. Their personality and vivid differences are fantastic.

It's why I fell in love with Batman-- the vivid characters. They each were different, even the Riddler and the Joker have differences between each other, as many people disagree. It's nice to see them represented well

It was inspired mostly by the opening sequence in Watchman, where Andy Warhol painted Nite Owl. I HAD to mess with that.
