Is she trying to hint that he has Down syndrome?Β That doesn't make much sense becauseΒ it's generally pretty obvious if someone has it because it affects the way they look. He doesn't seem very smart though but that might be from the drugs.

I LOVE that third panel, seriously that is the mickeyest mickey you've drawn yet I believe! Not that you don't usually draw him awesome, but the babyface, the big 'uuh?' eyes. the way his lips hold that doobie, AUGH you're awesome XD I also adore Syd's RAGEFACE in the last panel. GNARG.
