Hiya the 2nd request patch is here, guys!
It was interesting to draw some unfamiliar species I don't usually do XD Tbh, I have been procrastinating a lot in the past months XP but today I finally got off my lazy butt to finish this piece @@(The owners of these beautiful baes) (left to right)

These look awesome! I don't know which to be more jealous of, the shading or the detail (especially on the fur).

I think it's mostly bc of my all-or-nothing perfectionism XP In the past, it used to help motivate me to do a good job at everything, but now it has turned into an unhealthy extreme form of perfectionism... Plus the facts that I'm always both mentally/physically exhausted and unmotivated, this is sth more than just regular procrastination XP
So yeah, it's a problem.

Yeah, perfectionism can help, but it can hider a lot too. It's also bad that you are so busy and tired all the time.
Hmm... I don't know... Try to not perfect everything and focus on what is fun about art?

As for my problems, I think only a mental heath council of some sort will be able to help me (although idk if that exists in Vietnam...) I'm seriously in need of talking to a psychiatrist about my troubles I've been having, but that's currently not possible for personal reasons. Living in a country where most people aren't aware of the existence/destruction of mental illnessess is really tough...

Uuf... that's though. Also, I didn't know that about Vietnam. Mental illnesses are unfortunately still rather "new" thing, so the needed knowledge of them hasn't spread everywhere.
I hope you can get the help you need and deserve sooner than later.

It's still a developing and backward country (to me at least) tbh. Everyone focuses on economy, money making and materialistic possessions WAY more than the emotional health of individuals. That is one of the biggest reasons why I wish that I had been born in a "better" country. I connect to foreigners who have knowledge about psychology on a more emotional level than my own family/relatives. Bc whenever I try to discuss and confide with them about my feelings, they mostly have no idea what I'm talking about, or show that they're not interested. It's hard to survive around here...

So, Vietnam is too busy to be run and catch up with the developing world to care about the individual. That definitely can be a problem.
