The heckler's remarks about filming a livestream set Andy and Estella into a panic. Even though both understood the magnitude of the situation up until this point, there was a visceral reaction to knowing that Estella's degradation was being broadcasted to dozens, if not hundreds, of other students at Newport High. With her knees buckling together, the girl desperately tries to preserve any last thread of dignity. First, Estella tries to pull the shirt down to cover her crotch. Realizing that the shirt is much too short, she uses her hands to cover her panties. One hand tensely moves between her crotch and her thighs, as it becomes more and more clear that she is unable to adequately cover herself.
Andy does his best to cover Estella from the livestreamer, Billy. Enjoying himself, Billy moves side-to-side to film around Andy. Andy wants to snatch the phone, push him down, hit him, anything, but he also feels he cannot move to far from Estella, as he is the only thing covering her from the left side of the room.

"C'mon, Andy! Give the people what they want! We saw you staring, why can't everyone else get their turn?!"

"You piece of shit, shut up!"

Likewise, Estella remains paralyzed with fear. Despite the exposure going on on for a little over two minutes, the time spent exposed to her peers felt like a lifetime. Barely able to stand and uncontrollably wet, Estella lacked the courage to run. In such a despondent state, Estealla finally bursts into uncontrollable sobbing and tears.
