Description

A visual guide to help fans understand the pilot accommodation within the meltrandi Queadluun-Rau Battle Suit (film type). The original line art does depict the pilot within the suit, but there is a need for additional clarity and detail to answer fan questions. The original line art is made by Kazutaka Miyatake while the illustration on the far right depicting the Queadluun-Rau to scale with the pilot was drawn by L. Cat (originally published in the 1984 book “This Is Animation The Select: Macross The Movie: Do You Remember Love?” by Shogakukan)

The profile schematic showing the meltrandi pilot inside the battle suit was inspired by fan art from zentraedi.org/index.html a very old Japanese Macross fan website which is still online to this day!
