this is the first scarf ive ever made and its a big mofo! its over 3m(10ft) long and about 20cm (8inch) wide.
i did it with 2 strands of 8ply yarn and a 10mm hook. i did half-double (or double-half or whatever theyre called) stitches on the whole thing, except for the stripes in the middle, which are half triples (or whatever yo twice, through stitch, yo, pull through 2, yo, pull through 3 is called) and the green stripe in the very centre is a triple stitch.

it is just a normal scarf, i just folded it up for the pic
