how did you do this? Did you have her falling on a trampoline and then cut her out and paste, or did you have something holdering her back and one leg up and clone them out?

It's called Levitation Photography. And this is how it works
You make a picture while you are lay on a chair or someting and than you make a picture of the same location without you and the chair. Than you put it together with potoshop and you delete the chair ^^
