Well, here's a bit more information about the Main Driver/Weapon and the respectible collectible device system of Kamen Rider Cyber.

The RD-R Cyber Driver (RD-Rサイバー・ドライバー D - R Saibā doraibā) is a computer-based system developed by Cybertech Industries for fighting the Pkantom Network Society and its Crackers; it was completed on time by Mitsumi Denjiro when the Phantom Network Society began its attack on humankind. It's important to wearing one for travelling to the Cyber World, due to this is also the key for travelling there.

For activating it, first, the user must put it on his/her waist. Then, the user must press the Starter Switch (the blue button) in the CPU-like part). Next, the user must activate one of the AppliCards, and insert it in the left part. Later, performing a pose, saying "Henshin!", and touching the central blue pad. With that, the the Rider will transform in the form read from the AppliCard. The Driver also features tactile buttons for activating some functions: the green one deploys the weapons; the blue summons the vehicle, and the red one at the bottom activates the Finisher, while the center gray one allows to eject the AppliCard for changing for another one based in Forms. For activating one of the other functions (except the Vehicle function), it's necessary to having inserted an AppliCard which allows one of these functions. For activating the Finisher, the user must press the Digi Trigger, having inserted a Finisher-based AppliCard in the Driver, touching the Finisher Button, and touching the central part for executing the Finisher.

The AppliCards (アプリカード Apurikādo) (portmanteau of Application and Card) are special computer-chip/SD-Card-like devices which activate the forms and attacks of the Rider. They're based in Applications and Computer Programs. The Forms of each Rider from this installment are called Applications. It's necessary to having a specifical AppliCard inserted in the Driver for changing of form, activating the weapons, or the Finishers.
