Sorry Marjo havent been able to be active lately on here wikth life and all, but from what ive read since ive last seen tbis comic is just wow, i love it. Vince is deffinately potrayed in her most truest of natures, and i love how you had her give mariko a speech about "choosing your battles and not going into a fight you cant win" because tbh after the growlith, sending out a grass type against something that probably has a counter for that showed reckless abandon for her own pokemoms safety, so breaking the pokeballs last chapter really hit home for the character.
As for what you have planned with the rest kf this lineup i cant wait to see, just gonna let you know though, vince has only 2 important things to her, the Rockets, and her pokemom(wether shes taken them from trainers or not) she bassically treats them like family, so unless she has some full restores lying around i wouldnt expect her to throw back out any low health pokemon to "get away", for future reference. Also recently in the story ive been making with her she got her hands on a blaziken, based it around my blaziken that solod the elite 4, however if you fo incorporate it you can nerf it all you want xD just thought youd like to know

I have actually been quite busy myself too, the comic is mostly coming quite slow rate. 
Even thought Vince is the bad guy here, I had lots of fun to draw her xD I like making my villains evil but also goofy

Yeah i totally get what you mean, and i did have the idea of making her have a goofy side, esspecially when it came about talking to colleagues. Like take her in this setting, very well done, in a setting with other Rockets, she's actually a lot more chill and very highly looked up to, due to her ability to do her job well, while still not being "So" corrupt that she treats her coworkers or her own pokemon like crap, She only ever says "You are a terrible trainer and you should feel bad" to people she genuinely feels abuse or misuse their pokemon. Glad to see her potrayed so well and i hope that whatevers got ya busy doesnt hold ya down cause you're making a great comic here!

Vince's attitude towards Mariko (in the two last previous pages) was really disgusting! This female Thief Lieutenant will pay so much to have stolen Mariko's egg and PKMN Team with Police Oficer Kayu!

Veryg good job! But how will Mariko will recuperate all her Pokeballs (probably broken by BoomBoom)?
Losing a fight is not so shameful (so does not mean an eternal weakness), and I suppose Police Officer Kayu will arrest Vince (maybe thanks to a complaint from Mariko and her friends) and give Mariko's Pokemon back so that Nurse Joi can care them everyone...
