Girori (ギロリ)[1] is the Game Master (ゲームマスター, Gēmu Masutā) of the Desire Grand Prix , disguised as a concierge. He transforms into Kamen Rider Glare (仮面ライダーグレア, Kamen Raidā Gurea).

Glare's primary form is accessed by authenticating the Providence Card with the Vision Driver .
Compared to the Kamen Riders in the Desire Grand Prix, Glare's statistucs are significantly higher than any of the DGP Desire Driver -using riders, being able to outpace and overpower PunkJack's Monster Form. He is also able to use his center chest piece named the Hypnolay (ヒュプノレイ, Hyupunorei) to control the Riders, by having it forcefully replace the Riders' Crest Gears and latch onto their heads.
