Chirami (チラミ) is a Game Master (ゲームマスター, Gēmu Masutā) of the Desire Grand Prix who transforms into Kamen Rider Glare2 (仮面ライダーグレア2, Kamen Raidā Gurea Tsu).

Glare2's primary form is accessed by authenticating the Providence Card with the Vision Driver .
Compared to the Kamen Riders in the Desire Grand Prix, Glare2's specs are significantly higher than any of the DGP players. He is also able to use several control devices on his suit named the Hypnoray (ヒュプノレイ, Hyupunorei) to control the Riders, by having it forcefully replace the Riders' Crest Gears and latch onto their heads. The Hypnoray can also be used to fire laser beams with an individual Hypnoray and charge a powerful blast with a pair of two.
