Fantasy Form (ファンタジーフォーム, Fantajī Fōmu) is Na-Go's final form accessed by using the Fantasy Buckle on the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver .
Na-Go, using the Fantasy Buckle to its fullest, is able to conjure swords of light that can transform into a claw for slashing, summoning magic circles to use as platforms or to hold enemies in place. She can also make herself intangible or invisible to surprise her enemies. Statwise, she has lower punching power, kicking power, running speed and jumping height than GeatsIX or Tycoon Bujin Sword, but her combat prowess allows her to keep up with them.
