Realized I hadn't re-reffed any of my pegisi and had to change that! Didn't change much about his design. Gave him a slightly different CM and adjusted all the colors a touch. In the AU I am putting together, pegisi magic manifests in elemental control. Water, light, lightning, and of course, fire, are all common elemental types. Most of the fastest ponies are lightning elementals, but Solar Flare can shoot into the sky like a rocket. It's rumored he can glare at storm clouds and they'll clear away with haste, Sol not even having to lift a hoof.
