(2011-2012): The world was safe until aliens took over. The Army was led by Admiral Malkor and his general Creepox and Vrak. Gosei, who was an apprentice of Zordon, summoned a new team of heroes to face threat. They became Power Rangers Megaforce.

Moving into a new city, Troy Burrows dreamt about a legendary war. He and his friends, genius Noah Carver, athlete Jacob Holling, Georgia Moran, and photographer Emma Goodall were summoned by Earth's guardian, Gosei, to become Rangers.

Creepox volunteers to take out the Rangers. Jacob, Georgia, and Emma fought him but it was no use. Troy and Noah finish the job, but only Noah was taken down as well. As the others transform again, with much power as possible, Creepox was annihiliated.

While on a field trip, the Rangers discovered an old factory leaking toxic sludge. They also found a huge footprint. They met 2 monster Bluefur and Bigs. They accused the Rangers that humans polluted Earth. The Rangers fought a monster, but it was no use. Suddenly, the mysterious Robo Knight came to save them and defeat the monster. Gosei explained to rhe Rangers that Robo Knight was made centuries ago to protect Earth, though he has no memory. Bigs and Bluefur became stronger by using the Aurora Box. With help from Gosei, using their ultimate power, the Rangers obliterated the 2 monsters.

Vrak created his robotic lackey, Metal Alice, who tried to persuade Robo Knight that humans are dangerous. Malkor, after being awake from a cocoon, became stronger than ever. He and Vrak launched a massive attack on Earth. The Rangers used most of their Zords to remove Malkor's armor. With that, they destroyed Malkor and Vrak.

However, Alice found Vrak and made him into a cyborg. With his new uprade, Vrak thrashed the Rangers. He even burnt their morphers out. Robo Knight used his life force to regenerate the morphers. The Messenger warned Vrak to hide, since his brother Prince Vekar, would mistake him for an enemy. The Rangers defeated Alice. Vrak thanked Alice for her loyalty and he left her to detonate in the dirt. Robo Knight goes missing. The armada arrived and the Rangers to shelter to their hideout. Gosei announced that the Rangers can unlock Legendary Ranger modes, meaning they can transform into and previous Rangers.

The rangers fought more soldiers until a new Ranger came to finish the job. He is Gavin, the Silver Megaforce Ranger from Planet Andresia. He worked as a miner. As he was mining, he found a box with the Silver Megaforce key. Suddenly, his village was decimated by the Armada. Since then, Gavin swore vengence on the Armada. The box he found is a morpher. He could unlock powers of the 6th Rangers like Mighty Morphings Green and White, Zeo Golden, and Space Silver. After a successful mission, Gavin joined the team.

Professor Cog from RPM lured the Rangers through a portal to Corinth. There, they find a Zord called the Turbo Falcon. They chased and tame the savage machine and returned to their dimension and defeated Cog once and for all.

A couple of Mavro's bodyguards present Vekar with a Megazord constructed for him to fight the Ranger. His generals, Damaras and Levira, were dubious. Vekar wanted to prove his father, Emperor Mavro, that he would be as successful as Vrak. He remembered Mavro telling Damaras that he must protect Vekar and made sure he didn't screw up. Vekar had Argus, another one of his generals, join him for the ultimate battle because of his undying loyalty.

Argus battle Noah and overpowered him. Vekar used his Megazord to battle the Rangers. The Rangers tried to combat him, but he was to fast. Vekar powerfully crushed the Megazord, but Troy ejected them all. Argus and Noah dueled again, only due to Troy's sacrifice, Noah put up a fight and Argus was destroyed. Enraged by the cyborg's defeat, Vekar came down to finish the job.

The Armada ambushed the Rangers, but Troy came to save them. Vekar's megazord vame back. The Rangers combined all the Zord's powers, including Turbo Falcon. Inflicting the mightiest blow, Vekar was gone at last.

Vrak returns and saw his brother's defeat. He plants a drill. He kidnaps Gavin and drained his life force. The Rangers saw the drill. To make matters worse, the Rangers keys were turned to stone. They saw Vrak once more. He reflected the team's attacks. Robo Knight returned only to get kidnapped and brainwashed by Vrak.

One of his generals battle the Rangers, and when he was beaten, he became another drill. Vrak needed 3 drills to destroy the world's core.

Troy tried to make their robotic friend see sense. He has massive energy to get Robo Knight back. A third drills was in place. It made an eclipse. Feeling guilty about his actions, Robo Knight went to make things right by saving Gavin. Vrak was still more powerful, but the Rangers persistence made them stronger and finally defeated Vrak. The Rangers were glad to see Gavin again.

Emperor Mavro arrived and arrested Damaras for his failure to protect Vekar. Levira requested to give Damaras another chance. Damaras kidnapped Troy. Mavro sent a message to get the Earth to surrender or kill Troy. Jacob released Troy and the whole team fought Damaras, who grew to size. With their combine powers of their zords, Damaras was eradicated.

Gavin said goodbye to his newfound friends and left Earth. Mavro sent every armada ship. Levira was given a chance for redemption by have her own Megazord. With each Legendary Mode, the Rangers destroyed Levira. It turns out that Mavro sent Levira to buy time to launch the invasion.

On his way back to his planet, Gavin heard Mavro's message to invade Earth. The Rangers fought the Armada with each zord, but it was no use. They were beaten. Mavro gave the Earth one more night before its destruction.

The Rangers thought the situation was hopeless until their motto, "Earth defenders never surrender" cheered them up. Gavin returned to Earth. He and Troy invaded Mavro's ship while the others fought soldiers. They shot the ship's console. The 2 survived the destruction of the ship, but so did Mavro. With each Legendary Mode and a powerful blast, Mavro was obliterated.

A countless amount of robot soldiers arrived. Suddenly, all the previous Rangers teams came fight by team Megaforce's side. All the Ranger teams fought the Armada. The legendary Ranger teams thanked Megaforce for carrying on the legacy and teleported away. After the longest day of their lives, the Rangers head back home.

At the finale, was it weird that on Thomas's cameo, his White Ranger helmet appeared while when all the Ranger teams came, he reprised his Green Ranger role?

I wasn't sure if I want to put this combo or the original red, black, blue, yellow, and pink.

I didn't want to include their Super Mega Mode because I'm not to fond of the outfit resembling pirates, not to mention Jacob transitioning from black to green suddenly.
