Yay! Time for some Christmas-themed stuff!
(I refuse to admit it's only 15th of Nov 
This one will work only for users.

You can put background in custom boxes and many of widgets that have option to put text in them. You don't need to use this one, there's a place in the code that is responsible for the background, here's tutorial that says which part exactly:
