It's beautiful!
I love the "shineyness" of the chibi, her eyes, the mirrors, the wolves, her weapon- just EVERYTHING! She looks so cute! ^^Β
First off, you did a great job with her color palette- I love the colors you used, and even though black and white are the hardest colors to use (for me at least ;7; ) you conveyed depth with them perfectly! I love the red glow at the edge of her dress~
And the background is great- I love the wolves' scars, it adds a sense of symmetry and order to this beautiful drawing- somewhat like the mirrors, such as how you used a different shade of indigo for each? :3
Also, you must have died drawing he borders on the mirrors- they're so complex! I love all the little details you worked into the drawing, like the gold on her dress, red fringes on the boots, and her weapon-thing.... It's like a street lamp/scythe/cane/staff xD

I really love /white/blakc/red combination even its totally common xD
White is really easy to shade but sometimes really boring because you cna add really shine into it

I think "Sena"(se - nah . the "e" in "se" is like "ehh") would be a good name for her. :3
