That's a really pretty Elphie right here - and even though I agree with you about her probably loathing this sort of a dress, I still like the desing. The fringes attached to the hem are a really nice add! Also, I like how you've done the book, with the a little bit glittery diamond-like detail.

Whoa, showing some leg, Elphie! However, I bet a short dress *is* more practical if one's going to ride a broomstick, and not keen on doing it sidesaddle. Just so long as there are some culottes under there. I like her solemn-yet-smiling-slightly facial expression. And what a lovely, radiant green! The purple tones in the hair are a nice touch, too.
