Description
What's the thing to do when you're craving your favorite flavor of ice-cream? Why, make it of course! Doesn't matter that you are pretty much the size of said ice-cream delight XD Plus when you're small, its pretty tiring. And whilst napping on your desert may not be the best option, it'll keep you cool during those long hot summer days ^0^This is my entry for the Perfaunt CTA in
She's made out of wool, needle-felted together, with a wire armature, so she has limited movement. I've never done a skeleton and should have made it larger, but its a good lesson to learn ^_^
The mint ice-cream is made out of green fleece and brown bite-sized chocolate fleece bits, then stuffed with poly stuffing.
The mint leaves and chocolate bar are felt sowed for decoration.
All together, I've been working on it for a few hours each day since it was announced. I took last weekend off ^_^
It was fun to make the story at the end, which was completely accidental XD

I've been wanting to try to make a needle felt with a wire armature, could you explain to me how you did it?

I used Fuzzy Pipe cleaners and just bent and twisted them to make a body and limbs. In hindsight, I should have made it bigger,but this was actually my first time trying it with one so it did the job XD
I don't really have any tips or anything but give it a try! I'm sure that there are some really good tutorials out there ^_~

Yeah! I heard someone else say they were good and because they are fuzzy, that they hold the wool better ^_^
