Sedalia, Missouri resident Mable Fowler reciting at the Montserrat Poetry Festival.Mable has been writing poetry for nearly six decades and she has a couple of books to her credit – Footprints of Life and Potpourri of Prose and Poetry.
Mable read My Summer Friend, The Sycamore Tree, Friends are a Poem and These Antique Hands, among others. Fowler's warm style and heartfelt verses hit home for many of the spectators in attendance that day.
The Festival took place May 3, 2009 at Montserrat Vineyards, Montserrat, Missouri USA.
