Well to be fair, he wasn't the FIRST Rider to be vented. They didn't do the myth there. I suppose the reason they killed him off was because Verde/Camo was a movie only rider (technically a TV special) in japan, so there was no footage of him for the tv show.

i think the reason they haven't is because its a little late.
One of the main reasons power rangers was brought over when it was, was because they toyline was still selling hot. All they needed to do was change the markings on the boxes.
But other than figurearts, there aren't many Kamen Rider 'toys', unless you count the Henshin Belts and gimmicks. Personally, I wouldn't mind paying through the nose to get one, but keep in mind, most of them are hard to find now, as the toylines are discontinued, and I wouldn't feel satisfied with a cheap, american knock-off of the toys, like the re-released Generation 1 MMPR Megazord, which SUCKS in comparison to the original.
