its simple you just need a vector programe like Freehand or illustrator, and then draw using the pen tool as it in photoshop

That's such a sweet vector! The comment at the bottom and the in-your-face sneaker looks really fun! I love the color combination. The font is cool but did you put the inverted a in there on purpose? It looks like an e and I like the idea. Very cool!
