Description
You'll notice that he has a mouth in this design. That's because the Oni were originally supposed to have mouths in their design but it wasn't implemented because it was too graphic. So I wanted to keep to the original idea.

Makamou have been been multiplying restlessly as of late. Fatigued and worn out, most of the senior Oni have set out to look for potential apprentices in civilization to train and help them hunt Makamou. Sabaki, a senior Oni who is fluent in all three styles of Oni combat, was one of them. Due to his old age, he couldn’t keep up in battle anymore and therefore was in need of an apprentice to fill in his position. One day he walked into a cafe and had spotted a potential apprentice, whom looked soul-rendered and was fumbling about his job. Sakuya Shika, a 19-year old foreign college transfer student, was struggling to make ends meet in his life. Sabaki saw this as a chance to turn his life around and approached Sakuya and offered him a new branch in life. Though Sakuya rejected at first, his life piled on a month later to where he couldn’t handle his routines anymore. He began to slump into a deep depression because his life was crumbling around him. Eventually, because he was lost and no longer has a clear direction in life, he scouted Sabaki and asked if he could take his offer on the new path of life. To which Sabaki would undoubtedly agree. Since then, he quit most of his activities except college to train nonstop. This new lifestyle was more comfortable with him, as he was became more happy than he was previously. Eventually, he was able to abandon his human name and be deployed along with the new generation of Oni as, Shingeki.

Shingeki originally trained as a String Oni, meaning he focused on channeling a lot of power. However after a while he quickly lost interest of it and realized that the String training was a way for him to vent his previous frustrations. Luckily, Sabaki knew all three arts so Shingeki was able to choose a different path. In a calmer state, Shingeki felt more natural with the Wind arts and thus trained to become a Wind Oni. However, he doesn’t fight the same as the common Wind Oni because some of his String art training bled into his style. He prefers to fight in melee ranges and will fight defensively, using this weapon as a shield. Waiting until he has an opening to unleash a large amount of raw strength in that opening. But for the most part, he is counter-defensive. This type of style was frowned upon by most Wind Oni and questioned by the other arts.

•Onteki
Shingeki’s transformation device. It takes form of a whistle with an Oni face crest plastered onto one aside of it. It is silver-ornamented with some green accents.
•Ongekimei
A device located on the buckle of Shingeki’s belt. It is placed in front of Ongekikan weapons to perform Ongeki Sha techniques and finishers.
•Ongekikan - Bofuu (音撃管・暴風雨)
A.K.A: Sound Attack Tube - Violent Storm
This Ongekikan is usual to the rest. It is a giant heavy bassoon with golden brass ornaments. Usually, an Oni has enough strength to carry it in one hand. It fires large, piercing Onisii in a cannon-like fashion, so the rate of fire is very low. However, each Onishii is extremely powerful. It can fire charged Onishii which can ignite and destroy Makamou when exposed to an Ongeki Sha technique. Near the handle is a large guard and at the top is a large blade. Essentially, all these aspects turn it into a gunlance, making it the first melee Ongekikan to be created in a long time. Due to Shingeki’s battle style, this is a perfect weapon for him. However, despite it’s power, it takes time to perform an Ongeki Sha with it due to its size.

•Disc Animals
These are the shikigami that Oni use to track and hunt down Makamou. They can transform as compact discs for storage or used with an Oni transformation device to play what the shikigami has recorded. Shingeki only possesses three.

•{Akane Taka}
This shikigami takes form of a red hawk which can be used to track aerial Makamou. However, it’s tracking ability is weak since it excels more at offense, using its razor wings to help damage enemies. Shingeki usually uses this in combat when he’s not attacking.
•{Kiaka Shishi}
This shikigami takes form of an orange lion. It is excellent at tracking and is able to navigate through dense foliage and rocky terrain. It’s offensive capability is decent as it uses sharp fangs to bite into enemies. Though Shingeki usually only uses this for tracking
•{Kihada Gani}
This shikigami takes form of a yellow crab. Its tracking ability excels in both land and water, but mostly for water. It is extremely durable and its pincer is able to drill into concrete, perfect for tough navigation. Shingeki uses this as a tracking tool and a way to clear obstacles during a hunt.

The base form of Shingeki. He takes form of a black and green demon. He wears a pancho underneath the brass Wind Oni shoulder pads which can shield him from heat, as he is actually very sensitive to it compared to most people. Due to training as a String Oni first before becoming full fledged as a Wind Oni, his upper body strength is actually very strong where as his lower body is only averagely weaker. It is also the reason why his head sculpt is much different from the subtle aesthetics of a Wind Oni. He is moderately fast in foot but much less so when wielding Bofuu

•Kitojutsu - Senpujin
A.K.A: Demon Fighting Technique - Whirlwind Blade
Shingeki is able to enchant his physical attacks with wind pressure and is able to send out blades of said wind pressure at his enemies. Useful when battling the Douji & Hime of the Makamous.
•Kitojutsu - Onizume
A.K.A: Demon Fighting Technique - Demon Claw
Claws from Shingeki’s knuckles will spring out, allowing him to dish out lethal attacks at his foes when unarmed. Like the other Oni, these claws are said to be unbreakable. Usually used to fight Douji & Himes as well as smaller Makamou types.
•Takashishiki Onike
A.K.A: Violent Expression Demon Kick
This is essentially the standard Rider kick finisher. Shingeki will use wind manipulation to launch himself into the air and charge his foot with said wind. From there he’ll use the wind to propel himself towards the enemy extremely fast and powerful.
•Ongeki Zan Sha- Shukketsu Mimi
A.K.A: Sound Attack Slash Shot - Bleeding Ear
A new technique developed by Shingeki due to his style. Although technically an Ongeki Sha technique, it functions like an Ongeki Zan technique. Shingeki will fire a charged Onishii shell into the enemy, attach the Ongekimei by throwing it in the air and landing it on the barrel of the Bofuu. He’ll proceed to swing the Bofuu to extend the Ongekimei (usually at the enemy) and stab it into the enemy to lock them into place. He’ll then proceed play the Bofuu, causing the large Onisii(s) to resonate and detonate inside the target. Alternatively, Shingeki can skip stabbing the enemy and go straight to playing, reverting it to a regular Ongeki Sha
•Ongeki Sha - Bakuhatsu Ame
A.K.A: Sound Attack Shoot - Explosive Rain
Shingeki will fire charged Onishiis into the air like a mortar, which will rain down upon the enemy, embedding whatever they hit. Once they land, Shingeki will equip the Ongekimei and begin the play. The embedded charged Onishii’s will resonate and detonate, whether if they’re in a target or not
