I really wish the monitor on my drawing computer wasn't so freakin' dark, otherwise the clouds wouldn't look so line-y, and the buildings wouldn't have the green splotches. >_<I like the rest of the picture though, and hope you do as well.
Also, for those of you who play D20Modern. This picture was inspired by the Shadow Chaser's campaign setting. I've never actually played/run the setting, but it intrigues me.
