Description Just a small project, but I'm happy that I tried out render to texture with Vray, the right bottom picture is the shadow map that is generated. I overlayed that with the texture on the left with the Multiply option (thank you very much Malaveldt) aand just a small Normal map I generated using the Nvidia plugin for photoshop

not too bad there.
the diffuse texture could probably do with pulling back on the colour saturation a bit, and a bit more dirt.
you could have overlayed some of the UV's on top of one another to be more economical with texture space.
needs a specular texture.
render should have been lit better. you cannot make out the material too well. i cannot see the normal map doing its thing.

no, sorry to say but it's not that hard to make a photo like that. If I'm really gonna use it I'll make my own texture photo
