Frontline is a technical specialist and highly experienced, gutsy Wrecker commando and a big brother of Bulkhead. He is a boisterous warrior who throws himself into every mission with no more worries than a duck landing on a pond. While some of his peers would flee from danger, Frontline can't get enough of it. He takes to battle like a spark to a plug and is quick to draw any of his many, many guns. And while his tendency to switch from gun to gun in quick succession in a single battle often leaves him bereft of weapons and ammunition, Frontline's bravery and resourcefulness are never in doubt. The only thing that just might take a toll on Frontline is the loss of a friend. His boisterous streak hides a soft-Sparked 'bot, who, despite arguments and bickering, loves his fellow Autobots and commander even more than he loves a good rumble. It's this love for his comrades that makes him such an effective warrior. He will take on an entire Decepticon army if he has to, and he would sooner go down swinging than abandon his allies on the battlefield. In short, there's no mission he won't take... except maybe one that doesn't give him a chance to blast at least a few Decepticons. He is good friends with the far more Triggerhappy Cliffjumper, with whom he's struck an accord during Cliffjumper's tryout for the Wreckers. He is also sometimes partnered with the Decepticon-turned-Wrecker Crumplezone.

Ok, so as you all know why I had to do something about that character after seeing AOE (Kinda my biggest regret after seeing it) in theatres, and it has to do with THIS: Frontline was my idea because Hasbro changed Hound's image as a pot-bellied gun crazy warrior instead of the G1 character, but I felt that this should be a separate character because it's very confusing for me to identify which one is which.

So Frontline's body is actually made of 100% Animated Bulkhead and of 80% Age of Extinction Hound to give it more character recognition to make him as a separate G1 character, but gave him a corn cob pipe to give him that "Army brat" persona look. And I also made him a big brother of Bulkhead because he and Bulkhead are kinda like brothers/siblings because they're quite big and strong (Except for Frontline whose size can almost match Lugnut's body size).
