Bunch of gorilla glue, 2 2 inch pvc pipes for barrels, i think they were like 11 inches long, with one inch inside the main chamber for stability, 4 inch pvc, its cut 3 inches long for main chamber. some blue foam my art teacher had; it was 1 inch thick so i shoved 3 pieces into the chamber, cut out holes to put the barrels into. the bottom piece i glued 2 pieces together and cut and sanded it to shape. the handle is 1 inch thick too. The reload mechanism and trigger were from a shotgun toy from dollar general. the sights are from random pieces from inside the gun. I had to paint it with acrylics rather than spraypaint, cause it would eat the blue foam. heres a pic of it finished [link]

no problem
a tip though. if you can, use wood rather than foam and some kind of putty in case it doesn't fit perfectly flush. (that's the one good thing about the foam, you can cram it in to stay put) that way you can hold it without worrying about breaking the handle clean off, like me.
