History:
Victoria is a synthetic human, or android that was created by the head programmer of TRICELL Inc.'s artificial intelligence division. Her code was one of several prototypes in project 'HITORI', a search to create the perfect robotic equestrian for use in breaking and testing their more lethal subjects. She was jokingly modeled after the main racer of the video game 'Turbo Time', a favorite from the programmer's childhood - personality and all. Though a useful stepping stone in their search, her code was viciously unpredictable - and eventually scrapped in favor of superior versions. Unbeknownst to the programmers, she was more than aware enough to know what that meant. Refusing to be discarded, she tore apart the finalized version of project HITORI just as it's code was being uploaded into human form, taking the perfect rider's place as her own...
