Chapter 4
The Man from Space

The sun rise over the horizon as it touches everything in its morning rays. Soon it touches a village that was deep in the forest beyond the spring as the villagers began their daily duties. Inside one of the teepees, a boy was sleeping peacefully as he laid there, next to a beautiful white anthro fox. He woke up as the sunlight enter the teepee though the cracks, which he was hoping that he can at least to sleep in a bit more.

He slowly got up, not disturbing his best friend, then walk outside into the morning rays. He looks around and smiled as he remember his first time here in the village of Tokalan and how much his life have change over the course of time. There was one Tokalan who have a strong bond with the boy and loves to play with him a lot and of course wants to play new games the boy taught him.

The one Tokalan name is Takoda and for such a young pup, he had a lot of energy in this case, he can play all day and night, depending on how much David can take in a day. Takoda came over to David and hugged him then pick him up as he wag his red happily.

"Dawvid", Takoda asked him, "care to go play with me today?" whenever Takoda wanted to play, he always wanted David to come along whether It's just the two of them or with Wyanet and Wematin. David laugh as Takoda bring him back down on his feet then patted his head gently.

"of course Takoda", he said smiling as he heard someone behind him then looking behind him, he saw Wyanet smiling to the two as if she was saying 'you're not going to play without me, are you?'

After getting Wematin, the four friends went to the springs and play games and relax even they would go hunt since of course they haven't had breakfast yet. While they ate, David can hear something like a soft whining sound, but he doesn't know it was Wolf's pod that was spinning out of control.

"Hey guys", David asked his friends, "do you hear something, like something that is getting louder", he asked and the others stop and listen which indeed they do hear something coming closer and closer.

"Yeah, but I don't know what it is, maybe a young animal", Takoda said as he look around them nervously.

"Dude, maybe it's just the wind", Wematin said as he took another bite of the cooked meat David made them.

Suddenly the noise got louder and suddenly they hear a huge bang from behind them causing them to jump up to see dirt fly into the air and back down. None of them couldn't tell what cause the dirt to go up that high and began wondering what could have caused it. David then went towards where the noise came from, but was stop by Wyanet.

"David, I don't think we should go over there", she said and it was clear that she was afraid about what might be waiting for them. David placed his hand on Wyanet shoulders and smiled telling her that they should, at least, go investigate it then go back to the village.

David, Wyanet, Wematin, and Tokoda, carefully move closer towards the area the noise was heard and was being cautious of their surroundings in case werewolves came out and attack them. When they got closer, they could see the ground was been plowed by something and continue all the way where some smoke can be seen.

They went where the smoke was coming from and saw a mysterious object resting on the pile of earth it plowed and steam was hissing out of its vents. David was the first to go up to it to see if it's dangerous. When it was sure that there wasn't anything dangerous, he have the three come close to it.

"What is this thing", Wyanet asked as she touch the metal pod with one hand then quickly back towards her as it was hot, very hot.

"I don't know, I never seen anything like this", David said as he walk around the pod, taking note of Its design then spotted a picture of a symbol with a eagle head and under the eagle head was the words, "Eagle Army".

Tokoda peek inside the pod as he found a window to see what was inside. As he looks into the smear dirt cover window, he saw there was someone inside the pod as it moves for a minute then stop moving. This made him jump as he stumble back a bit, hitting a emergency release switch causing the pod door to open.

David, Wyanet, and Wematin went to see if Tokoda was alright then watch as the Pod door began to open, it hiss a bit then stop as there was a moment of silence. Suddenly the pod door ejected and bounce away from the pod, though David and his friends duck as it flew over them. When they go up, they can see inside the pod and saw an unconscious man still strap into his seat.

"Who's that", David asked as he got up and look at the man inside the pod.
