Overall, a great idea and definitely something that is up my alley. The lighting is excellent, the character and her pose look great and the majority of the environment gives the feel that she is in for a bit of a dilemma.
If I had any suggestions, I would say give her a facial expression of some sort. Even if it is something very subtle. If there is something there, it may be a little too subtle in my opinion. Something that gives us an idea of what she is thinking or feeling at the moment. I would also say that the texture of the cell bars don't quite look as realistic as the rest of the image. They don't look too bad, but I would suggest using the 'Depth of Field' (or DOF) function on the camera. That is a great way to add a bit more dimension to the scene, bring focus to the main character, and it might also blur the bars enough so that they add more realism to the image.
