Hey Guys, new drawing here
This time it's fanart, and not just any fanart but Sonic-fanart
Now, thanks to (five seconds) research, I know that Sonic-fanart brings a lot of views, so I realized that if I do a Sonic-drawing, I may get more views and then, bring more attention to my channel, and then I come one step closer to becoming a popular deviant
Seriously though, I have been playing Sonic Generations, which I find an awesome game and a great tribute to Sonic the Hedgehog's legacy. The gameplay of the two Sonics, the graphics, the soundtrack and the level design really show that the developers put great effort into making a great Sonic game that both older fans and new fans can enjoy
One thing that I find quite cool, is that in the console-versions of the game, you can actually find an old Sega Mega Drive (Genesis, if you're American) play the original Sonic The Hedgehog game, whenever you want to feel even more nostalgic for old-school Sonic. As I looked through a quick search through the webs, I was quite surprised to see that none (though, I could be wrong) have ever made a drawing about the Sonic 1-feature in Sonic Generations. I find that quite a missed opportunity, as it brings quite cool possibilities for fanart. Therefore I've decided to correct this and have done a drawing with the two Sonic playing through their very first adventure.
Anyway, I hope that you enjoy this drawing

Oh yes, *I remember this; the platform at Green Hill where the old console is
Great drawing! I can imagine the two Sonic's taking a break at that platform and enjoying a load of old-school Sonic games
I like the look you gave the Sonic's; the new one concentrating on the game, and the classic one cheering on him as a back-seat gamer. Also, great job on the Green Hill design! I especially like how you added a gameplay footage into your drawing, that is actually pretty amazing. You're making progress, my friend!
While I think Sonic as a character is pretty lame, I do admit his games are somewhat entertaining to play (or some of them at least Others are just plain boring )
But overall, great drawing, stay awesome!
PS: There's a flaw in your plan. You can't just bring attention by doing fan art of popular series/games, you gotta get your art noticed. The easiest way for this is adding your art to groups.

It was pretty much decided from the start who was gonna do what. I really like how Classic Sonic looks when he's happy

To me personally, Sonic is a bit of my childhood. I was still a kid when I played my first Sonic-game , and I loved it

And about my plan; I have now submitted it into a Sonic-club on DA (I'm definitely gonna submit it to more clubs, and do more Sonic-drawings than just this one), so hopefully I will get more views

Yeah, the Secret Rings is one of the better titles, and also the Black Knight (mostly because of King Arthur (the villain), he's awesome

Sonic and the Secret Rings rocks
In my opinion, I like the way that the newer Sonic games are going. In my opinion, they are becoming more fun in the gameplay department 
That is also why I find the latest Sonic game "Lost Worlds" interesting. It does look quite fun, especially with the gameplay
Although, if you really do wish that Sonic Team in the future will make Sonic-games like Sonic Adventure or Sonic 2006, then I'm sorry to tell you that www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZZ2IV…
