Echo has alot to of bad habits, being that two of his favorites is gambling and cheating. Echo loves anything that involves money and computers! His ability to synchronize telepathically with machines gives him an edge over the Casinos and Gambling parlors. He likes to use his Disability of being "Blind" as an excuse to get his way out of sticky situations! He is a true smartass but only with a higher intelligence of which is what gets him into trouble. It sounds like a vicious cycle but Echo always loves the drama, attention, and the party life.

Echo had acquired that piece of scrap metal by cheating in the wrong gambling parlor and smarting off to the wrong people. On one miserable night of back hands and lousy chips, Echo has the instinctive to make the “Big Score” and rig the machine for a few BIG drops! Soon after this was taken into action and achieved, he was caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

Since those dreary days of “The Colosseum ” Seeing how he got caught at rigging the shuffle patterns of the card shufflers, the pit boss had thought about turning him into a deaf mute as a joke to add to his blindness. Instead, he had given him a proposition at which would allow him to keep is ears and voice. If Echo could cheat his was into winning a few races

The vehicle that Echo is currently piloting is basically a scrapped engine from a transport ship. Seeing how Echo needs to have a vehicle that can supply a lot of power but can only spend money form Tyrone’s extremely tight budget, there is not much of what he can do. Only that engine itself was that only think that he could afford. Echo has done a lot of work to it of which the installations that he has made has completely converted it into a hovercraft that doubles as a gigantic entertainment system. Echo has a lot of tricks up his sleeve and this will be his ticket to the Big Show!
