no fears, i've already started work on the MajorCity bio cards. Now that the line up is (almost) finished, I'll throw up some character bio files that share a little more detail about each hero or villian.

the thing that really erks me about Cisco is that i came up with him before that lame-o singer Sisko came out, and so now that's all i think about when i say my character's name...shitty R&B.

yeah, she's got those containment gauntlets that cover these exposed energy fissures on her forearms (kinda like Discharge, but his are his hands & chest)
Think of her like a mixture of Cyclops and Banshee, untrollable sonic blasts unless covered by these specialized containment gauntlets which she can control the aperture on the covers and bang them together to release that stored sonic energy
