Major City Line-Up, entry 10!this entry's additions are:
BlackScarab- half in costume, half civis- a young tech hero
theVigilantIII- successor to the mantle Jimmy takes on for a short time.
theVigilantIV- another in the line of unregistered wielder's of the "Vigilant" identity
Arach-Ned- young spiderly powered would-be hero
Joyblood- government created super assassin, released from service into the general public

Jaybird can see about 8 or 9 seconds into the future....it basically comes across as superfast reaction time and reflexes, that's pretty much it.

My favs this time around would have to be both Vigilants, especially #4.

yeah, he's the most fun out of all four of'em too.
his costume changes a bit once he becomes established, so it's not a total Bats rip- at that point, he's really cool

Kickass stuff man. I love both of the Vigilant characters. Nice to see Joyblood again, I think he was the first character I saw of yours.

yeah? Maybe.....I used to draw him alot more than i have been lately.
It's kinda funny- some of these are polished finished drawings and others are barely doodles that get cleaned up and colored. I've been meaning to ask: Are the inconsistencies in quality jarring or distracting?

I think there's probably only a couple that look out of place from the rest due to them being not as finished as others. The Uberbots come to mind especially.
But there are others that look like a shitload more work has gone into them and they stand out from the others just by being overly fantastic. Everything in here is top notch, but characters like Vigilant IV and the Cloak are even more so.
So um, in answer to your question...no.

yeah, the Uberbots are bad....really small drawings (blown up to fit) the updated Cavalry and a few others too....where for some reason i liked the gross doodle better than a finished one that I had done.
it's kinda funny how I'll go a little over board on detail (like on theCloak) and other will end up dipshit simple
