Description
If you have never dozed off or day dreamed in your life, then you are not human!....but then again neither is Xobot....Haha anyways I got this image when imagining Xobot making a puzzled look, though I also had the idea of a very bright and almost dusk or dawn orange/yellow look so I just combined the two.
More lens flare practice. Let me know how I'm doing.
Also, Stay in tuned for a video of making this coming up soon.
Also, if you're interested in asking any of my characters [link] a question, ask away here [link] or in the comments!

I really dig this one! The whole picture blends together pretty well. (I point that out because I, personally, have a hard time "fleshing out" drawings. (Which is an ironic statement with robots.))
And that amount of lens flare is juuuuuuuust right

Thanks!
Getting all the colors together was probably the most challenging part. (Haha! I never really knew how to flesh (or in this case)"3-D out" certain characters. The shadows and highlights just kind of evolved.)

You're welcome!
I can definitely see why! I don't think anyone knows how to balance it out, though. Especially when you work with each part of the scene/characters one at a time. But uh... whatever you're doing is obviously working. So just do that
Also, how do you make "how-to" videos for your artwork?

Recently, to do my "How to" videos, I just record my screen using microsoft expression encoder 4 screen capture. I only have the trial version (not sure if it runs out though). I double the speed of the videos until the full 3 hours or so of working is about 10 minutes.

Microsoft expression, huh? The only problem is each of my drawings have an average of 20 hours put into them in a span of days... how bad do you think it'll mess that plan up?

The program is pretty flexible. It can pause or stop recording if you need to do something else. The trial version allows about 10 minutes of recording then I have to press the record button again.
Some times I'll be working on one image then I'll have the urge to go to another image without finishing the first one. For that, I just stop recording, switch files, then start recording again. After that's done, I just gather all the records, organize them, edit them and publish.
