Is it possible to get some basic stats for this design from the one who commissioned this artwork....speed, weapons and any special toys it might have?Β

Looks great, the "bridge like object" is no bridge no?
Kind of shuttle bay maybe?
Considering that "the front" is up (based on constant acceleration) there shouldn't be any visible bridge. Because you don't want to look "up" - of course the deck could also be designed as on a naval vessel but in combat it would feel like you are lying on the ground.... and moving would more be a kind of falling and climbing.... (I tend to forget this to often)

Yep, top and bottom there are massive radiator nacels.
I know that the bridge idea isn't practical, and there's no doubt that scientist and planners would make those same statements in all the sci-fi universes that we all love. Β But i STILL know that military ships would always have some place where the captain could stand gloriously with space battles raging just out the window. Β No one is practical enough to deny that impulse in design
