Another drawing done putting Darkwing Characters in the Batman Universe. Here's Quackerjack filling in for The Joker.Drawn in pencil, inked and colored in PS.

I mean, you clearly aren't an idiot! You must see the true picture! Do you even realize how many times we nearly had a war, all thanks to FOWL's manipulations?! Do you even know what triggered the second world war?! An argument over telegraph poles! Hehehee...It's all a joke! ANything anyone ever valued or struggled for! It's all a twisted and demented gag! So why can't you see the funny side?! WHY AREN'T YOU LAUGHING?!"

I never could have imagined Quacker Jack to have a scary, dark menacing type but you really did a great job. ^w^ Of course, with the new comics, Quacker Jack has gotten a darker personality. ^w^

Just out of curiosity... did they EVER give Quackerjack a real name? All I've ever known about his backstory is that he was a toymaker gone nuts.

I remember this episode. It's from the one were Quakerjack shoots Gosalyn in the hip then kidnaps Launchpad and makes him ride rollercoasters naked.

This is one of my favorite Batman comics of all time. OF ALL TIME! "The Killing Joke" and QuackerJack...You know, I'd love to see someone make a fanfiction or comic of DWD that followed the same format as the comic. That would be cool.
But yes, a very cool and yet haunting piece right here. Really does show the darker aspect of the character.
