I've designed this character 4 times and i think im finally (?) happy with this

i've also written and rewritten his bio 4 times, so i'll just copy and paste from the last bio

Rank: Rogue Seeker (a Seeker who captures rogues and escapees)

Sounds like: A mix between Troy Baker and Tom Hardy
Personality: Harsh, sometimes doesn't enjoy his job, lazy unless he has to do something really important, treats everything as a chore, sarcastic, a tad bit nihilistic
Universe: Transformers: Prime, and Transformers Robots In Disguise
Highest Relationship with a main character (not love): Wheeljack (rival)
Lowest Relationship with a main character: Knockout and Ratchet (doesn't like listening to them talk about medicine or things)
Likes Humans?: Absolutely not. Finds them useless and ungrateful of their "wonderful" planet.

Even though he doesn't like humans, he somehow got mixed up with one. (her name is Terra, made by ) She had seen so much of the Decepticon plans, Megatron decided to make Storm take care of her, even though they could've just killed her. It was supposed to be a punishment for failing a mission the day before. He's the bad cop of the relationship.
