I'm not quite sure what to say about this that wouldn't sound like what everyone else has already said about it.
But the title does in fact fit it perfectly.
The overall feel is kind of..depressing.
It must be the setup and darker colours in general that make it feel that way.
One can only image what it would feel like to actually be there. I think I can honestly say that if a certain friend of mine were walking through this area, they'd feel the same and...probably cry. xD;

Such an indepth critique! Thank you so much for taking the time to go through and comment on my stuff, This is really one of my favorite from the trip I took up there and a part of me has been missing it sense I left ^^
Part of the reason for its title as well is that this area was so far away from civilization that the only way to get thier is by a long boat trip or by the "Alaskan taxi service" Which consistof small Piper Cub airplanes that hold maybe 4 people and land on water or mud!

I can understand why. It looks like a place one could get quite easily emotionally attached to. I can say so myself as well, even though I've never been there.
