After watching Skyward Sword gameplay, just to try it, I found I kind of liked the concept for the certain digger race from the Eldin region (I think). Anyway, I kind of liked the idea of a kind of an animalistic furred lanky long armed alternate race to compete with the concept of gorons. Enjoy!Related content

I think a lot of the designs in that game were very missed opportunities, underdeveloped designs that make the game look weird sometimes.

I like it detailed too. Japan apparently doesn't though, they see that as more of a western influence, deep textured world with an epic european fantasy style, whereas they tend to like more japanese tropes in game design.

Yay, I'm glad I achieved that effect! I liked the basic concept of the creatures from Skyward sword, but their design just didn't feel very finalized to me, so I had a little fun redesigning.

I was watching through some of the gameplay just to see what it's like. I've never actually played it, but I came across these things and thought "Oh that'd be fun to redesign."

Playing it will be twice as fun, you should try it. Unless of course you don't have the console nor the game. And besides, thanks to you and your work, it inspired me to draw something from Skyward Sword or other Legend of Zelda Series.
